of Ft. Wayne, insures each facet of building your home is as flawless
and stress free as possible. Aspen Bay does not limit its efforts
to just the construction of your home, we also provide exceptional
service.

Yes, every Aspen Bay home is crafted by skilled Amish framers.
What kind of warranty does Aspen Bay Homes,
Inc. offer?
We offer a 2 year warranty on workmanship, and a 10 year warranty
structure. We go beyond the warranty; we also have a no hassle service
policy.
Where do you build? Does it have to be in certain
additions?
Typically we build in sixty mile radius of Ft. Wayne, additional
charges may apply. However, we do not build in Ohio or Michigan.
Can you build "our" plan?
Yes.
Can we make changes to an Aspen Bay plan?
Yes.
How many floor plans do you offer?
We have a total of 34 different floor plans between Aspen Bay Homes,
Inc. and Prescott Homes.
Is it O.K. to build in the winter, will the foundation
set up, or will it affect the structure of the home to be exposed
to the elements?
Yes, building in the winter does not affect the quality of the foundatation.
First, the concrete is actually heated before it is delivered. This,
along with curing accelerators, brings the concrete up to strength
(regardless of the weather conditions) also, all framing materials
are designed to be exposed to harsh elements. They are "exterior
rated", this ensures your home materials will endure the conditions
that they are exposed to during the framing process. |
