| Mark and Lynn Keller, 2nd time Aspen Bay homebuyers
"They
build quality into everything they do and do not cut corners.
They
were also very responsive to everything we needed. The whole
team is about pleasing the customer. I've heard all of the horror
stories about building, they do not apply to Aspen Bay. The whole
process has been fun! There were no unnecessary delays. They were
always right on schedule!"
Kevin and Shelley Garnes, out-of-town buyers

"We
had every opportunity to be a part of the process. They were always
right on it. They always understood exactly what we wanted and were
very easy to work with. We appreciated the experience of the builder.
They responded quickly to changes and they all went smoothly. Things
were done on time. They always let us know exactly what the cost
of the changes were. There were never delays in construction. The
whole process went very well. They were very prompt, especially
with the follow up after construction."

"Believe it or not, my wife and I shopped for
a new home for ten years before we committed to Aspen Bay last Spring.
I know now that if we had gone with any of the other choices we
encountered during that period, we would have been disappointed.
We were convinced that we would be pleased even before we signed
up, but little did we know how far you would exceed our expectations
once we had moved in and lived here for 3 months.
The construction period itself was absolutely painless.
At every turn it was very obvious that there was a well-honed process
in place that virtually eliminated surprises. If anything interfered
with this process, it was our own failure to do our part by making
timely decisions. The few misunderstandings that did arise were
settled immediately and with the utmost courtesy. Having been a
framing carpenter myself, I was intimately familiar with most of
the routine, but at every milestone I was amazed at how quickly
and efficiently we had gotten there. It was also obvious that the
paperwork behind the scenes was well under control, from Change
Orders to Closing.
Living here has been a terrific experience. We’ve
had a number of “aha” moments when we’ve encountered
features we never expected and you never mentioned (a light in the
attic, wiring for a doorbell in the basement, light switches for
the plant shelves, etc.). The house is very comfortable and our
utility bills have been lower than expected despite bitter cold.
You are way too modest about the “Culinary Kitchen”.
Its size, convenience and overall quality have been a life-changing
experience.
Knowing that the heart of a well-run organization
is its people, we’d like to acknowledge everyone we’ve
met on this journey. From every single subcontractor to Tina in
the office and Brian in the field, we were treated with the utmost
respect and consideration at every turn. Please allow me to congratulate
you on your accomplishments and be your most enthusiastic fan."
