We build each of our homes with insulated
headers over all windows and doors in heated spaces. These
headers are R-20 which compares to an R-value of 8 for a conventional
header. |

Option
With our optional 1/2-inch-foam insulation
combined with our standard fiberglass bats, this insulation
option brings walls up to R-22.4. In addition, it provides
a quieter home with greater structural strength and no drafts
through outlets boxes and switches. This environmentally friendly
treatment gives off no toxic fumes or odors. |
